Galapa Guide Flights to the Galapagos are expensive. There are two airlines that fly to the islands, AEROGAL and TAME. We will be more than happy to book the flights for you. The main ports to leave for the Galapagos are in Quito and Guayaquil, though you can get flights from Cuenca and other major cities that make connections in either Quito or Guayaquil. Only Guyaquil and Quito offer direct flights.
